Alexander Becerra is a cofounder of Personalised care. Alex is a physiotherapist by profession and has always been passionate about caring for others and helping those in need. With a commitment to hard work, fun and laughter, and always going the extra mile, Alex thrives with the idea of bettering the lives of those in the disabled community.

Alex has over 7 years experience working in the aged care industry. Throughout this time, he was made aware of the difficulties disabled individuals face when they have to move into nursing homes with much older people as they have nowhere else to go. This experience sparked a passion for providing first class and quality care to support those in need.

This has fueled Alex’s dedication to providing compassionate and patient centered services to the disabled community with the aim to provide a fun, family-like environment.

Arianne Michaelidis

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Arianne is a passionate and experienced healthcare professional with over 10 years of industry expertise. Arianne has a strong commitment to equity of care, ensuring that every individual receives personalized attention and support to lead a fulfilling life.

GENERAL MANAGER

John is one of the cofounders at Personalised Care. With a Bachelor of Commerce under his belt, John has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and has previously owned and operated his own business in the hospitality industry for 9 years.

However, it was his compassion for people and his desire to make a positive impact in the world that ultimately led him to start Personalised Care. John is a deeply ethical person who loves nothing more than helping others, and he has channeled these passions into building a company that is dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

John's approach to business is grounded in his core values of integrity, honesty, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the world. He believes that business can be a force for good, and he is proud to be building a company that is making a real difference in the lives of so many people.
