How We Support You?
Here is a look at how we can help you get out and about, build connections, and enjoy everything your local community has to offer:
Social Outings: Whether it is meeting friends for lunch, going to the movies, or attending local festivals, we are there to make it happen.
Hobbies & Interests: Support to join art classes, gardening clubs, or sporting teams that align with your passions.
Skill Building: Gaining the confidence to use public transport, navigate local shops, or manage money while you’re out.
Health & Wellness: Accompaniment to the gym, swimming, or local walking groups to keep you feeling your best.
Cultural Connection: Helping you attend church, community centres, or cultural events that are important to you.
Your Questions, Answered.
-
Yes. Your schedule is entirely up to you. Whether you prefer a busy weekend or a quiet weekday morning, we work around your lifestyle and the activities you enjoy most.
-
We certainly can. We can assist with transport in a staff vehicle, or we can support you to use public transport if building that independence is one of your goals.
-
Does this support cover the cost of tickets or meals? Your NDIS funding covers the support worker’s time. Any personal costs, such as your own movie ticket, gym membership, or meal, are paid for by you.
